These terms govern your use of the Hax marketing site at hax.xcontent.red. The Hax platform itself is governed by separate platform terms supplied at contract.

Marketing site content

The site, its design, copy, and assets are © XContent (Pty) Ltd. All marketing imagery, videos, brand marks, and copy are intended for prospective customer review only and may not be reproduced or redistributed without written permission.

No warranty

The marketing site describes capabilities of the Hax platform and is provided "as is". Specific features, scan cadences, and roadmap items may change. Contractual commitments are made only at the platform contract stage, not via this site.

Authorisation for demo reconnaissance

By submitting a domain through the demo form, you confirm that you have authority to authorise passive reconnaissance against that domain for the purposes of preparing the demonstration. Active scanning is never performed without a separate signed authorisation.

Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to compromise, scan, or otherwise abuse the marketing site or its supporting infrastructure. We reserve the right to block any abusive traffic.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Gauteng, South Africa.
